摘    要:针对用风洞试验选配无人机推进式螺旋桨费用较高的问题,提出用一根螺旋桨的装机风洞试验数据来推算几何参数相同而桨叶安装角不同的一组螺旋桨的装机特性的方法。方法由风洞试验数据计算出螺旋桨桨叶的当量拉力和扭矩系数,通过调整桨叶攻角推算安装角不同的螺旋桨的推力和扭矩特性。计算结果与试验结果的对比表明方法在桨叶安装角变化较小时是准确的。

Abstract:For the cost of selecting a propeller for a UAV by using wind tunnel test data is very high,a method of prediction a group of propellers with different installation angles and same geometric parameters by using wind tunnel test data of a propeller has been presented.By this method,the thrust coefficient and torque coefficient was calculated by using wind tunnel test data,then the characteristics of thrust and torque of propellers with different installation angles were calculated.Comparison of calculation results and test results has shown that this method is accurate when the change of the propeller′s installation angle is very small.
