| Abstract: | New airport construction in Beijing is certain to bring Langfang great developing opportunities. Under the background of new airport economic zones, this paper analyzes the ways of training and introduction on persons with higher abilities. Thus, by making good use of the new airport,it will fulfill Langfang＇s all-round development and serve regional economy better on the base of talents strategy. |
