三对转涡轮及其基本分析

摘    要:本文对文献 1]提出的三对转涡轮进行了较为详细的基元级分析。首先模拟常规涡轮分析,定义了 1 6种可能的典型级。按此定义以及本文建议的级独立自变变量,就可得到很简明的不同典型级的功率特性示式。针对这种级的可能应用场合—三轴涡轮发动机的具体要求,分析了各种典型级的适用情况。这种涡轮可得到比常规级高得多的功率系数而且效率也会有所改善。

Abstract:A comprehensive basic analysis for various triple countra roating turbines is given with the blade element stage assumption.The appropriate independent variables and evaluation criteria of the triple countra rotating turbine stages are first presented by analogy with the classical analysis of conventional turbine stages.Then three typical kinds of rotating blade rows are defined and all possible typical schemes of such stages are enumerated.Their characteristics of specific work and load distribution of the triple countra rotating shafts are presented in a very simple form.The typical triple countra rotating turbine stages suitable to the three shaft gas turbine power plants are analysed and given.From the analysis results it is concluded that the load capacity per unit engine length of the triple countra rotating turbines can be much higher than that of the conventional turbines.
