电机定子装配应力研究

摘    要:电机定子在装配应力作用下出现开裂现象,这是导致其装配合格率低的主要原因。本文通过对影响定子开裂的因素分析,从电机定子的结构特性、整形方法、灌胶温度等方面开展研究,总结出了降低装配应力的关键工艺方法,提高了电机定子验收合格率。

Abstract:Motor stators cracking because of assembly stress, it leads to the main reason for their low pass rate. This paper analyzes the error factors to the crack by studying the structure, shaping method and glue temperature of the motor stator. The paper summarizes the key technology on reducing the assembly stress. In the end, it significantly improves the stator pass rate.
