摘    要:新型号惯性稳定平台系统对自瞄准和自标定精度提出了更高的要求,而平台的自瞄准和自标定都需要高精度的姿态角传感器。为了满足系统对传感器的精度要求,在硬件上面无法提高的前提下,软件的补偿是一种更好的选择,而为了进行软件误差补偿,就必须对传感器建立误差模型,而误差模型的建立需要高精度的测试方法,本文就对现有的精度测试方法进行分析,分析测试中各种因素对传感器标定精度结果的影响机理,并通过仿真验证了理论分析的正确性,为后续的传感器高精度标定及误差补偿提供依据。

Abstract:The new-advanced Inertially Stabilized Platform System put forward high requirements on self-alignment and self-calibration,and this technology need high-precision attitude angle transducer to ensure.In order to meet the requirements of the precision of the sensor,the software compensation is a kind of better method,considering the hardware cannot be improved.In order to realize this compensation method,it is necessary to establish the error model of the sensor,however,to establish the error model needs test method with high precision.This paper focuses on the analysis of the existing test method,and analysis the influence mechanism of the various error factors to sensor calibration precesion,and then through the simulation verifies the correctness of the theory analysis,so this paper lays the foundation for the sensor high-precision calibration and error compensation in the future.
