磁悬浮元件精密绕线技术研究

摘    要:磁悬浮元件电感一致性是衡量其性能优劣的关键技术指标,本文通过对影响磁悬浮元件电感一致性的因素分析,从磁悬浮元件的工作原理、结构特性、精密绕线等方开展研究,总结出了提升磁悬浮元件精密绕线技术水平的关键工艺方法,提高了磁悬浮元件电感一致性。

Abstract:The inductance symmetry is the pivotal index to estimate the magnetic suspension component function. The paper analyzes the error factors to the inductance symmetry by studying the theory, structure and precise Coil Winding of the Magnetism floated component. The paper summarizes the key technology on improving the precise Coil Winding level of the magnetic suspension component . Finally, the inductance symmetry of the magnetic suspension component has been prominently improved.
