空间四频激光陀螺法拉第旋光片加工技术的研究

摘    要:本文给出了法拉第旋光片的结构设计,阐述了超光滑表面加工理论,分析解决了加工过程中的难点,完成了法拉第旋光片工作面与楔角检测,加工出了合格质量的法拉第旋光片,该项工作对空间四频激光陀螺的进一步研制具有重要意义。

Abstract:The related design of the Faraday effect element was propounded, the ultra - smooth surface machining theory was expounded, the difficulty in the machining process was analyzed and solved, the detection about the optical surface and wedge angle of the Faraday effect element was accomplished. The good quality Faraday effect element was processed at last. It is important for the future research of the space four mode ring laser gyro.
