摘    要:重点研究了弯扭掠三维叶片的设计思想与应用,讨论了弯、扭、掠之间和弯、扭、掠与回转面之间互相匹配的原则。透平级的气动设计是多参数、多流型的综合优化的过程,在三维叶片设计中,必须认真研究弯。扭、掠、转与回转面之间的关系,认真研究流场结构的优化。讨论了l/b比较小的跨声速高压燃气涡轮静叶采用弯掠的匹配的规律,并介绍了扭掠叶片的设计体系与设计思想的应用。

Design Concept and Application of Integrated Flow Pattern of Bowed, Twisted and Swept Blade and Optimized Flow Field Structure

Abstract:The design concept and it's application of bowed, twisted and swept blade were studied in this paper. The matching among bowing, twisting and sweeping were discussed along with the matching between the bowing, twisting amd sweeping of blade and the revoluting surface. It's an optimization process of multi parameters and multi flow pattern for the turbomachinery design. The relationship between the bowing, twisting and sweeping of blade and the revolution surface and the optimization of flow field should be taken into account for 3 - D blade design. In addition, the matching between bowing and sweping of transonic turbine blade was also studied with small aspect ratio.
