摘    要:采用热-机械耦合的瞬态有限元分析方法,对一定温度下的形状记忆合金(SMA)管接头系统进行了分析,得出了系统的温度场、热应变场、应力场、蠕变应变结果,指出了管接头的中间内壁部分的交界面处是产生裂纹或脱粘的危险部位,提出了对系统不但要防止蠕变应力的破坏,而且更要注意预防管道产生的过大变形和蠕变应变的破坏,最终为SMA管接头系统的安全性指导和设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The coupled thermal-mechanical transient state analysis was used to investigate the SMA joint system under a temperature field.Those fields of temperature,thermal strain,stress and creep were pre-sented for the system.Critical un-bonded parts were obtained in middle interfaces between the joint and pipes.Precautions were proposed in not only creep stresses but also the excessive deformation and creep strain.It supplies a theoretical basis for the structural reliability and design.
