航空螺旋桨动平衡配平的建模算法

摘    要:航空螺旋桨在高速旋转过程中会产生振动,减小振动的方法是对螺旋桨进行动平衡配平.相对于传统配平算法而言,该建模配平算法通过建立与待配平螺旋桨特征数据相符合的配平模型,并采用矢量分解算法精确计算出拟安装配重的质量和安装位置,有效解决了工程实践中拟配平螺旋桨的实际轻点位置与桨毂上预置的可安装配重位置不一致的矛盾.工程实践中对实际案例的配平结果表明:建模配平算法能够一次性将拟配平螺旋桨的振动值降低至1.27×10-3m/s(0.05IPS)以下达到"best"等级,相对于不大于4.826×10-3m/s(0.19IPS)的合格阈值而言,可100%保证一次性配平成功.

Abstract:The aero-propeller will vibrate in high-speed rotation. The way of resisting vibration is to perform a dynamic balancing procedure to this propeller. Compared with the traditional balancing algorithm, this algorithm of modeling balancing based on the feature model of the propeller to be balanced, and with the vector decomposition algorithm, enables to accurately calculate the total amount and the installing positions of counterweights to be installed, thus effectively solving the actual problem of inconformity between the positions of actual light-spot and preset counterweights on the propeller to be balanced in engineering practice. The practice result shows that it is easy to reduce the vibration level of the propeller to the "best" range of less than 1.27×10-3m/s(0.05IPS) with the modeling balancing algorithm, and absolutely keep the vibration level within acceptable range with only one balancing for the qualified threshold value of not more than 4.826×10-3m/s(0.19IPS).
