在五轴数控机床上刃磨球头铣刀的研究

摘    要:从机构学的角度,用连杆参数Denavit-Hartenberg表示法,表示了一类(双摆头)五轴数控机床各杆件间的相对位置和姿态,并给出了其机构的位置反解,在其基础上给出了用这类机床刃磨球头铣刀的运动方程.得出了在五轴数控机床上可用两片砂轮通过插补刃磨球头铣刀的结论,用锥砂轮刃磨前刀面,用圆柱面砂轮刃磨后刀面.

Abstract:Closed form equations for kinematic variables that control motions in a LLLRR five-axis machine were developed using a kinematic closed loop link mechanism model based on the principles of Denavit-Hartenberg 4×4  transformation techniques. These equations developed here can be used to grinding the ball nose mill on the five-axis machine. Details of the equations for grinding the rake face and flank face of the ball nose mill were presented. Conical grinding wheel produces rake face and cylinder face grinding wheel forms flank face. The equations are simply enough to be solved on line with a computer.
