隐性教育在理工科院校人文素质教育中的作用浅析

摘    要:隐性教育的生活实践性与非预期性,决定了它必定会在理工科院校的人文素质教育中发挥无法替代的作用。笔者认为,理工科院校应当以健康向上的富有特色的校园文化为依托,以高素质的教育者为核心,以高校自身的发展与社会的发展同步为背景,利用多种途径和形式构建以学生接受为根本的隐性人文素质教育体系,切实提高人文素质教育的实效性。

Abstract:The life practice and invisibility characteristics of the implicit education, decided it will play an irreplaceable role in humanistic quality education in Colleges of Science and Engineering. The author thinks, the College of Science and Engineering colleges should use the healthy campus culture as the support, the high-quality educator as the core, the synchronization development of the college and the social as the background, take multiple ways and forms to construct a covert system of humanistic quality education, and ef- fectively improve the effectiveness of the humanities quality education.
