铁谱技术在民机襟翼运动机构寿命分析中的应用

摘    要:滚轮滑轨的摩擦磨损性能直接影响到民机襟翼运动机构可靠性。为获得表面火焰喷涂碳化钨的钛合金和表面镀硬铬的钢分别与滚轮配合的磨损性能,使用DMAS-II(分析式)智能化铁谱分析系统对民机襟翼运动机构进行可靠性分析。通过质谱仪与铁谱显微镜来进行磨粒分析,从而实现在实际工况中判断摩擦副的磨损程度,预测运动机构的可靠性。试验表明,此方法可广泛应用于脂润滑的摩擦副故障诊断中。
