摘    要:TC16钛合金六角自锁螺母是飞机结构中一种先进的连接件,具有质量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀、抗振动等特点,大量应用于新型飞机中。本文在TC16钛合金自锁螺母加工技术研究中,解决了热处理加工技术,热处理污染去除技术,缩紧工艺技术,性能试验技术,完成了工艺路线设计,收口尺寸的确定等加工技术关键,全面掌握钛合金六角自锁螺母加工技术。

Abstract:TC16 titanium self-lock hex nut is an advanced joining part.Featuring lightweight,high intensity,anti-correction and anti-vibration,etc,this part is widely used in fighting aircraft.The application of such nut is helpful to such critical technologies as heat treatment,contamination removal during heat treatment,performance test,and determination of process flow and closure dimension.
