摘    要:主要在ABAQUS中建立了采用硼纤维,环氧复合材料胶接修补Ⅰ型金属裂纹板的三维有限元模型,对单面修补与双面对称修补的修补效果进行了对比,分析了补片厚度对应力强度因子的影响,研究了胶层的剪切模量对应力强度因子的影响.结果表明,在条件允许的情况下要尽可能采用双面对称胶接修补,应合理选择补片的厚度,并在保证修补效果的前提下,...

Abstract:This paper mainly establishes the 3-D Finite element model to simulate cracked plate repaired with adhesive bonding boron fiber/Epoxy composite patch in the ABAQUS,compared the repairing effect of the single and double symmetric adhesive bonding repair.Analysis the influence of the patch thickness on the stress intensity factor(SIF),and the influence of the shear modulus on the SIF.The study show that in appropriate condition,the double symmetric adhesive bonding repair should be adopted as far as possible,...
