| Abstract: | The bandwidth characteristic of digital storage oscillscope (DSO) and its influence on wave form test are presented in this paper. The features of digital circuit signal are simply analyzed. The selection principle of the DSO bandwidth which is used in the test of digital circuit is introduced. |
