大功率多相变频驱动系统设计

摘    要:与传统三相变频器相比,大功率多相变频驱动系统在功率不变的情况下可以通过增加相数降低电压,并在极短时间内进行飞车起动、在缺相情况下进行并网、旁路运行。整个系统具有安全可靠、系统效率高、低振动、低噪声、低成本、节能环保等优点。对高低压转换星型多相变频驱动系统拓扑结构进行了详细说明,对大功率多相变频驱动系统进行了参数与结构设计,并通过工程样机测试验证,依据数据分析、试验结果、现场运行验证了该产品的先进性。

Abstract:Compared with traditional threephase inverters, highpower multiphase variable frequency drive system could reduce the voltage by increasing the number of phases under the condition of unchanged power. It could speed flying start in a very short period of time, and operate under grid connection and bypass modes in the absence of under phase loss. The whole system had the advantages of safety and reliability, high system efficiency, low vibration, low noise, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection. The topology structure of starshaped multiphase variable frequency drive system with highlow voltage conversion was described in detail, and the parameters and structure of highpower multiphase variable frequency drive system were designed. Through the test and verification of the engineering prototype, the advantages nature of the product were proved based on data analysis, test results and field operation.
