摘    要:在深入了解宽禁带电力电子器件的发展现状和开关特性基础上,提出了一种基于GaN-HEMT并联的航空电机驱动系统,开展了GaN-HEMT并联的驱动电路及数字控制器平台设计与实践。搭建了试验系统,进行了相关测试。试验结果验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract:A motor drive system based on GaN-HEMT paralleling was proposed for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The characters of GaN-HEMT were described in details. The main circuit, drive circuit and digital control system were designed. A prototype was established and experiments were carried out.
