Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan based on "Urban Economic Increase" Theory, namely, urban and district agriculture distribution and development in terms of "One Core and Three Rings", gear industrial distribution and development in terms of "Dual Unity" and service distribution and development in terms of "the Simultaneous Development of Four Industries" . |
