摘    要:以镍基单晶合金为对象,通过有限元分析,研究了开动滑移系类型与单晶体颈缩截面形状及晶格转动的关系,建立了单向拉伸光滑试样颈缩截面形状、晶格转动与开动滑移系、试样轴晶体取向的关系。在此基础上,结合试验结果,对镍基单晶合金在高温环境下的开动滑移系类型进行确定。进一步讨论了001]和111]取向有一定偏角试样的颈缩截面形状,偏角的存在将导致颈缩截面形状的随机性的非圆形,偏角越大,非圆形越严重。

Abstract:With nickel base single crystal alloy, the relationship of open slip operating system and crystallographic necking cross section and lattice rotation is studied. The relationship of necking cross section, lattice rotation with open slip system and the crystal direction of single direction tensile smooth test bar has been established by FEM. On this base, the open slip system of nickel base single crystal alloy at high temperature condition has been determined from test data. Further discussion is on the necking cross section of and test specimen with direction changes. The deviation angle will lead to necking cross section randomly non round. The higher the deviation angle, the severe the non round.
