To Create a Clean Network Information Space

This is a study of Internet network safety and information pollution. An attempt has beenmade to analyse the problem,dig into its root and then propose a satisfactory settlement. It is recom-mended that a perfect policy system be set up and the network safety control regulations be made andthe technical method and consumers quality be improved to create a clean space for the Internet net-work system.
