胶合搭接连接的界面应力

摘    要:采用边界元法计算了分析了具有理想界面和非理想界面的双板条胶合搭接连接的界面应力。经计算得到了完整胶合界面时界面应力的分布,得出在胶合界面两端出现了应力集中现象;胶合界面发生开裂后的界面应力分布,理想界面裂纹尖端的复应力强度因子和非理想界面裂纹前洞的应变能密度。

Abstract:Using boundary element method, the interfacial streeses of adhensive lap joint with either perfect or imperfect interface are studied. For an intact adhensive interface, the distribution of interfacial stresses and its concentration at two ends of interface are calculated. After splitting of interface, the distribution of interfacial stresses, the complex stress intensity factor for perfect interface and the strain energy density for imperfect interface at tip of cracks are calculated too. It is found that the above two quantities are essentially unchangeable when the length of cracks a/l is within the region of most part of lap joint span, and the concentration of interfacial stresses at two ends of intact interface is somewhat different to the stress singularity at tip of interface cracks.
