航空发动机风扇机匣行波振动的分析方法

摘    要:本文提出对风扇机匣应进行行波振动分析, 作出频率响应曲线, 进行限幅设计。在分析过程中, 根据结构特点给出了模型的简化方法, 采取周期对称模型, 并根据周期对称的理论结合激振力的特点给出了旋转脉动激励在周期对称模块中的施加方法。

Abstract:The traveling wave vibration of the fan casing is researched on the basis of analyzing its structure and load characteristics.According to the response line,the natural frequencies with high response are avoided.The method for simplifying the structure into cyclic symmetrical one and the loading method of rotating pulse incitement are given in this paper.An engineering example is calculated with this method,the result shows both time saving and a good agreement with the testing data.
