摘 要: | 在除焊药腐蚀过程中 1Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢导管易出现过腐蚀现象。过腐蚀区晶界开裂或掉晶缺口会导致应力集中 ,引起导管产生疲劳断裂。用高频焊接工艺取代高温钎焊工艺或对腐蚀后的钎焊导管加强检查是消除过腐蚀缺陷切实可行的措施

Influence of Severe Surface Corrosion on Pipe Fatigue Fracture |

Abstract: | Severe corrosion to stainless steel pipes of 1Cr18Ni9Ti often occurs during pre-treatment.Grain boundary separation in severe corrosion area will result in stress concentration,thus causing pipe fatigue fracture. Application of H.F.welding,instead of high temperature brazing and strict inspection of the pre-treatment processing are effective measures to eliminate the severe surface corrosion. |
