微型计算机在电力调度系统中的应用

摘    要:本文对如何把微型计算机应用于电力系统调度自动化中去的有关问题做了比较详细地讨论。文章中所介绍的微机电力调度系统主要功能是:(1)能够同时接收和处理8个变电所的通讯信息;(2)能实时显示8个变电所的任意一幅画面;(3)可向任一变电所发布遥控命令;(4)可实时打印各种报表和曲线;(5)可向上级调度转发有关信息;(6)可以在线检测各个部件和设备的故障。该系统不仅可以代替已有的某些电力调度设备,而且进一步提高了调度准确性、可靠性和自动化程度。

Abstract:This paper discusses somse porblems about the application of microcomputer to SCADA system of electric power network. The main function of the implememted system are as follows: (1) It can receive and process signals from eight electric power substations. (2)It can display the network diagrams of the eight substations in time. (3) The operators can give telecommanda to any of the substations. (4) It can output some tables and curues on demand. (5) Some of the imfor-mation can be transmitted to the master control center of the electric power system. (6) The microcomputer system can detect the fault in each equipment on-line. The system was put on operation to replace the original management equipments and the reliability, accuracy and automation level of the SCADA system was enhanced.
