平板型CPL的设计与实验研究

摘    要:在对毛细抽吸两相流体回路(CPL)系统进行了系统分析的基础上,设计了平板型CPL,并且搭建了CPL系统实验平台,做了各种工况的启动实验和变热负荷实验。实验结果表明,多孔芯冷凝器平板型CPL系统具有良好的启动性能,并且系统在运行过程中工作稳定,较好地抑制了系统的压力波动。

Abstract:Capillary pumped loop(CPL) which with a flat type evaporator and two flat type wicked condenser was designed,fabricated and tested to study operation character.Methane was used as working fluid,and the flat type heater was used as heating source.Experimental(investigation) results were presented.The results indicate that the heat transfer rates and(evaporation) rates are changed with the heating loads variation.At high enough heat levels,the(evaporator) dries out and the system fails.For a range of power applied to the evaporator,the(system) presented reliable start-ups and continuous operation for several hours.With as variable heat flow,the CPL evaporator presents good heat adaptability.With wicked condenser,the system pressure oscillation was reduced largely,even more eliminated.
