天窗对轿车内部流场及气动噪声的影响

摘    要:应用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT的大涡模拟方法,对带天窗简化Golf 1.6轿车内部流场及驾驶员左耳附近接收点处气动噪声进行了数值计算与分析.得到不同天窗形式下轿车内部驾驶员对称面上的速度矢量场、压力场分布情况以及接收点处声压级频域图.分析得出随着天窗后移及加宽,接收点处声压级逐渐减小,且综合考虑速度分布,工况1位置与尺寸较合理.

Abstract:Numerical simulation and analysis of flow field inside a simplified Golf 1.6 car and aerodynamic noise at the receiving point around the driver's left ear were conducted by using large eddy model of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software FLUENT.The velocity and pressure fields on the symmetry plane of the driver and sound pressure level at the receiving point were obtained.The results show that sound pressure level becomes smaller with the backward shift and widening of the sunroof.The sunroof of case 1 is the most reasonable.
