摘    要:通过对钎料综合性能的对比,研究了混合稀土的添加对Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni系合金钎料性能,以及对真空钎焊TC4母材的钎缝的组织特征和机械性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加适当含量的混合稀土的钎料熔点降低,润湿性好,钎焊TC4的力学性能好,混合稀土的含量不应超过5%。

Abstract:By comparing synthetical properties of filler metals, the effects of the addition of mixed rare earth on the properties of Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni base brazing filler alloys and the microstructure and properties of mechanical are studied for the brazed-joints in the vacuum brazing of TC4. The results indicate that the fillermetals added proper mixed rare earth have lower melting point, better wettability and higher mechanical properties in the brazing joints,but the content of mixed rare earth shouldn't be beyond 5%.
