高速电路板信号完整性设计及仿真

摘    要:在高速电路设计过程中,信号完整性问题是影响设计能否成功的重要问题之一。通过建立仿真模型,设计者可以在设计阶段就发现信号完整性问题,及时采取合理的方法修改设计,避免了由于信号完整性带来的系统失效。对常见的信号完整性问题进行分析,重点描述了反射和串扰,并结合仿真技术给出相应的修改措施,尽量减小信号完整性产生的问题,通过提前进行设计仿真,设计者可以减少设计失误,提高系统可靠性。

Abstract:In high- speed circuit design process, the signal integrity design issues that affect the success of one of the important issues. Through the creation of simulation models, designers can be found at the design stage on the signal integrity issues, to take timely and reasonable modification to the design, to avoid because of the signal integrity of the system failure. In this paper, the common signal integrity analysis of the issue, described the focus of reflection and crosstalk, combined with simulation technology is relevant amendments to measures to minimize the problems associated with signal integrity. To advance the design of simulation can reduce design errors, improve system reliability.
