爆炸载荷作用下带裂纹试件修补后动态断裂实验研究

摘    要:本文采用用爆炸冲击加载装置,对带裂纹韧性材料三点弯曲试件,进行了裂纹修补后的动态断裂实验研究。实验结果表明,在强冲击载荷作用下,带裂纹试件修补后的抗断强度可提高2-3倍。因而证明,裂方修补技术用于韧性材料的强冲击载荷作用下的防断裂问题有意义的。也是可行的。同时本文运用全塑性应力分析,给出了修补后试件纹启裂时的材料动态裂韧性CTOD的实验结果。

Abstract:The dynamic fracture experiment of the patched three point bend specimens with initial crackmade of ductile material are investigated using the explosion impact loading device in this paper. The experimental results show that the breaking strength of the patched speciment with initial crack increased by2~3 times under the heavy impact loading. There for, it is authenticated that the crack patching techniquecan be used to ductile material fracture protection under the impact loading. Simultaneously the experimental results of dynamic fracture toughness CTOD of the patched specimen in the crack initial propagation are given using the fully plastic stress analysis.
