模糊聚类分析与库存重点管理

建立模糊聚类分析模型，以某厂总装车间配套库为研究对象，选择具有实际意义且有较强分辨性和代表性的统计指标，利用模糊集聚类分析方法对库存物资进行ＡＢＣ分析，得出最具实际经济意义的分类方案，同时根据最优分类结果，针对配套库库存行物资的特性及不合理管理实行重点管理，为以最小的管理精力，取得最大的管理效果和经济效益提供了有铲的方法。

Fuzzy Set Analysis and stock Key-point Management

Taking the warehouse of the general assembly shop of a certain Group as target,the author builds up a model,conducts ABC analysis with the theory of fuzzy set and obtains the most significant classification scheme.By applying the research finding to the stock management and practising key point management,biggest economic output can be achieved with the least managerial input.
