叶栅式反推力装置开启过程的三维非稳态数值模拟与分析

摘    要:针对涵道比为8的涡扇发动机叶栅式反推力装置,计算分析了反推力装置运动部件在不同运动控制规律下的开启过程对外涵流场、风扇背压、阻流门受力等影响。结果表明:在反推力装置开启过程总时间一定时,随着阻流门开始旋转的时间点向后推移,风扇背压的脉动强度增大,而阻流门受到的气动载荷会减小,存在折中的阻流门开始旋转时间点,即移动外罩开启1/3后阻流门开始旋转;开启反推力装置总时间变化对风扇背压脉动强度和阻流门受力的影响较小;紧急停飞状态下开启反推力装置,风扇背压脉动强度最大值达到20%,超过允许值,而阻流门所受到的最大气动载荷达到4500N,相当于正常开启反推力状态下的4倍以上。

Abstract:A numerical study was carried out for a cascade thrust reverser of a turbofan engine with bypass ratio of 8, in order to investigate the influences of the thrust reverser deployment with different movement controls on the back pressure of the fan and the force of the blocker door. Results showed that the fluctuation of the fan back pressure increased and the aerodynamic force acted on the blocker door reduced with the delay of the initial rotating time of the blocker door when the total opening time for the thrust reverser was constant. Therefore, for the blocker door, there was a compromise design time for blocker rotation which started at the moment of the trans cowl moved 1/3 of the length overall. The total moving time of the thrust reverser from the close point to the deployment had little effect on the pressure at the fan exit and the aerodynamic force on the blocker door. When the deployment of the thrust reverser took place at the emergency cancel of taking off, the fluctuation of the back pressure for the fan was about 20%. It exceeded the allowable values of pressure fluctuation. The maximum force on the blocker door at the emergency cancel of taking off reached 4500N, equaled to four times the normal state.
