| 摘 要： | 在分析当前软件公司新产品开发存在问题的基础上,将项目管理的理论方法运用到软件产品开发中,以便指导软件公司的新产品开发;将软件开发作为项目,按照项目管理的方法进行全过程的动态管理和控制,研究提高新产品开发的成功率.通过案例说明了在新产品开发中引入项目管理的可行性和科学性.

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing problems in new product development of software companies, the article ap-plies the theory of project management into software product development so as to instruct software companies to develop new products; takes software development as a project, carries out the whole-process dynamic manage-ment and control according to methods of project management, and enhances the success of new product develop-ment. The article also explains the feasibility and science of introducing project management into new product development with some practical cases. |
