摘    要:根据所研制自动铺带样机的工作模式和结构特征,详细讨论了铺放平面凸多边形构件的自动铺放加工指令模型和算法,包括轨迹坐标生成与边界处理、考虑预切的切送带指令等。在Auto CAD平台上利用Object ARX技术开发了相应CAD/CAM软件,具有自动指令生成、交互设计和图形仿真等功能;经实际铺放检验,该软件能够满足平面自动铺带的基本要求。

Abstract:According to the work module and dimensions of prototype of the automated tape-laying machine, the tape-laying motion trajectory algorithm of plane convex polygon is discussed in detail including tape head track generation, board handing with pre-cutting, etc. An CAD/CAM software is developed by the Object ARX technique in Auto CAD with function of track auto-generation, mutual design and graph simulation. The software is verified to meet the technological requirement of tape-laying by practice.
