| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区基础英语教育落后于发达地区。对此找出了欠发达地区基础英语教育不均衡发展的原因,并提出了可以通过加强教师队伍的自身建设,抓好课堂教学,注重教学的趣味性,处理好语言与文化的关系,改变基础英语教育评价制度,加大政府财政投入等努力,来促进欠发达地区基础英语教育的均衡发展。

| Abstract: | The development of elementary English education in underdeveloped area falls far behind developed area.Based on the analysis of the various reasons of unbalanced development of elementary English education in underdeveloped area,this paper proposes that it can be solved by enhancing the development of teaching body,making English classes more interesting,managing language and culture,transforming evaluation system and increasing governmental finance. |
