| 摘 要： | 对我国上市公司中的股权结构与公司绩效关系进行分析,以机械行业的上市公司为例,从股权集中度和股权构成两个方面入手,采用回归分析的方法,得出我国上市公司股权结构与公司绩效间的关系的结论。
