反向卸荷式减压阀动态建模与仿真

摘    要:为获得减压阀动态特性,建立了液体火箭发动机常用的反向卸荷式减压阀动态仿真模型.采用AMESim仿真技术进行了仿真,重点分析了各种因素对减压阀动态特性的影响,提出了改善减压阀动态特性的措施.试验结果表明,改进措施合理可行.

Abstract:To achieve dynamic characteristics of the pressure reducing valve, a dynamic simula- tion model of the converse unloading pressure reducing valve that was usually applied in liquid rocket engine was built. The AMESim method is adopted for simulation. The influence of different factors on dynamic characteristics of the pressure reducing valve is analyzed emphatically. The measures of improving the dynamic characteristics of the pressure reducing valve are proposed. The test results show that the measures are reasonable and feasible.
