| 摘 要： | 球小轴球径的高精度批量测量一直是计量工作中一道难题.针对这一问题,作者设计了一种正切机构式的比较测量装置,较好地解决了批量测量问题,而且精度高,速度快.本文重点介绍了此套装置的组成结构和工作原理,分析了其特点和优势,并分析了测量不确定度.

| Abstract: | The diameter of ball-little-spindle and diameter high-accuracy batch measurement are difficult problem in the work. To this urgent problem, the author of this article has designed the comparative measurement device of a kind of tangent organization type, not only a better one solving the measurement problem in batches, but also the precision is high. This article has introduced the composition structure and operation principle of this set of devices especially and analysed its characteristic and advantage. At last, the measurement uncertainty has been provided. |
