密封胶铆工艺试验研究

摘    要:本文阐述了XM-28密封胶和GY-340厌氧密封胶在CK-1高机动靶机油箱上的应用,详细介绍了胶接的表面处理方法,XM-28密封胶的配方试验,密封胶铆试验及其耐温、耐油、耐压试验等,并提供了许多试验数据。 经CK-1高机动靶机的多架次试飞证明,这种胶铆和胶接螺接结构及其工艺方法是可行的。

Abstract:This paper describes the application of XM-28 sealing adhesive and GY-340 anaerobic sealing adhesive in the fuel tank of CK-1 High Manoeuver Target Drone.The method of adhesive surface treatment, the study of XM-28 sealing adhesive compounding, experiments of sealing adhesive-lap riveting, and temperature, fuel and pressure-resisting tests etc.are introduced in detail.A lot of experimental data arc also provided.Many flights results of CK-1 High Manoeuver Target Drone have proved that the technological methods and the structure of adhesive-lap riveting and screwing are both desirable and effective.
