A357铸造铝合金拉伸性能研究

摘    要:研究了A357铸造铝合金经T5/T6热处理后在室温条件下的拉伸性能。实验结果表明:在室温条件下,A357-T5铸造铝合金的力学性能略好于A357-T6铸造铝合金。A357铸造铝合金的力学性能明显优于A356铸造铝合金。拉伸断口分布铸造缺陷、韧窝及二次裂纹。

Abstract:The tensile properties of A357 casting aluminum alloy at TS/T6 themal treatment are investigated at room temperature. The experimental results show that at room temperature the mechanical properties of A357 - T5 casting aluminum alloy are slightly better than that of A357 - T6 casting aluminum alloy, and the mechanical properties of A357 casting aluminum alloy are much better than that of A356 casting aluminum alloy. The cast defects, dimples and secondary cracks are found on the fracture surfaces.
