某重型燃气轮机燃烧室出口温度场试验研究

摘    要:应用高压试验台完成了某重型燃气轮机(E级)燃用天然气燃烧室出口温度场试验与调试。试验结果表明:设计工况燃烧室出口周向温度分布系数0.254,径向温度分布系数0.131,均未达到设计指标。通过调整火焰筒掺混孔尺寸及布局,增加射流深度及掺混强度,使周向温度分布系数降为0.216,径向温度分布系数0.897,接近设计指标,达到首台试车要求 。试验成果对相关燃烧室的试验调试工作具有重要的指导和参考意义。

Abstract:Experimental study on combustor temperature field of heavy-duty gas turbine (E) had been finished on high-pressure test system. Experimental results indicate: Circle temperature distribution coefficient of combustor is 0.254, radial temperature distribution coefficient is 0.131. All of the data do not meet the design requirements. Through adjusted mix-holes size and layout of chamber, Increase the penetration depth and intensity of mixing, circle temperature distribution coefficient decreased to 0.216, radial temperature distribution coefficient decreased to 0.897, approach to design target. The results have important significance to experiment about similar combustor.
