某型发动机逼喘试验方法和消喘系统验证研究

摘    要:分别采用提高发动机供油量和吊舱进口安装扰流板进行某型发动机地面逼喘试验,分析了喘振过程发动机参数的变化情况,研究了两种试验方法的特点,试验结果表明,提高发动机供油量快推油门杆和安装扰流板间歇缓推油门杆进行逼喘试验均能够有效反映干扰因子对发动机稳定性的影响,在发动机喘振过程中消喘系统投入工作。为该型发动机空中逼喘试验及稳定性评定奠定了基础。

Abstract:Ground test of surge inducing based on a certain aeroengine is performed separately in increasing fuel delivery and installing disturbed board at inlet. Engine parameters in the process of test are analyzed and characteristics of both test methods are studied. The test results show that pushing staff suddenly after increasing fuel delivery and intermittently pushing staff slowly after installing disturbed board at inlet are both of effective methods which could reflect impact of influence factors upon engine stability, and surge eliminating system reliably works during the process of surge. The studies in this paper have established necessary basis for surge inducing test in the air and stability assessment.
