摘    要:采用正交多项式和回归分析方法,系统地研究了热力参数(顶刹时差、变形量、顶锻速度)与摩擦焊接头金属性能间的本构关系;探讨了热力参数对接头金属性能的影响规律,为高温合金与耐热钢摩擦焊接成形与控制提供了依据。

Abstract:The numerical relationship between the thermal parameters(time interval between upsetting and stopping,deformation degree,upsetting rate) and friction weld is studied through the friction test.The constitutive equation is analyzed and the influence regulation of the thermal parameters on friction weld is qualitatively discussed by using orthogonal design principle.The friction formability and control of high temperature alloy and heat resistance steel.
