液压泵故障诊断的神经网络方法

摘    要:利用神经网络方法解决液压泵多故障诊断的问题。文中通过对液压泵故障机理的分析,针对液压泵多故障模式提出了利用集成BP网络进行多故障诊断的策略。理论和实验结果分析表明,利用神经网络方法可以有效地诊断知识别液压泵多故障模式,其识别率随着学习样本量的增大而提高。

Abstract:Artifical Neural Network(ANN) is applied to solve the problem of multi failures diagnosis of hydraulic pump.Based on the fault mechanism of typical failures,this paper suggests the multi failures diagnosis tactics by using integrated BP networks.The theory and experiments indicate that the integrated BP networks method can effectively diagnose and distinguish the multi failures of hydraulic pump.And the multi failures distinguishing rate increases with the expanding the learning samples.
