摘    要: 本文采用大型弹塑性分析有限元程序ADINA-84计算了40Cr钢9种规范的喷丸残余应力场,获得了残余拉应力场的计算表达式,并根据疲劳试验结果,提出了内部疲劳极限概念及喷丸强化的内部疲劳极限理论。

Abstract:The residual stress field due to shot peening for 9 kinds of shot peening regime of 40Cr steel was calculated using the finite element program ADINA-84 of elastic-plastic analysis. The formula for caculating the tensile residual stress field was obtained. According to the fatigue test results, the concept of IFL due to shot peening were established.
