摘    要:研制了一种多功能摩擦磨难机。它由主体、试样装夹附件和计算机数据采集及处理系统组成,通过更换不同附件可进行销盘摩擦试验、环块摩擦试验和接触疲劳试验等多种试验;同时,该机进行各种摩擦试验时可使用同一盘试样,排除了试样制备中的误差对试验结果的干扰,提高了试验结果的可对比性;采用计算机数据采集及处理系统,大大提高了采集精度的效率。大量试验表明,该机所得结果准确、重复性好、可比性强,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:For comprehensive appraising the properties of friction and wear of materials, wear testing machines of different functions often have to be used. But sometimes the reliability and comparability of the results will be influenced. A multifunctional wear testing machine is introduced in this paper which consists of a main body, some sample clamping accessories and computer data collecting and processing system. The pin on disc and block ring friction tests and the contact fatigue test can be carried out on the machine by changing different accessories. Furthermore, the same sample can be used to do different kinds of wear tests, thus eliminating the disturbance to results caused by discrepancy in preparing samples, and increasing the comparability of results. In addition, this machine is provided with a computer data collecting and processing system, with which precision and efficiency of data collection are largely increased. Many experiments indicate that the test results are precise and comparable, and the testing machine can be widely used.
