ISO 21494《航天系统——磁试验》国际标准编制历程及其启示

摘    要:ISO 21494《航天系统——磁试验》规定了实施系统级和分系统级航天器以及航天器部组件磁试验的方法。该标准的发布对于增强我国在航天系统环境试验领域的国际影响力和话语权具有重要意义。文章介绍了ISO航天标准的概况,ISO 21494标准的制定背景,总结了有关航天技术成果向国际标准转化的过程和标准编制的成功经验,以期为主导或参与其他国际标准的制定提供借鉴和指导。

Abstract:The ISO standard 21494 Space Systems - Magnetic Testing specifies the methods for implementing the magnetic test for spacecraft at the system-level, the subsystem-level or the unit-level. The release of this standard is of great significance for enhancing China's international influence and voice power in the field of space system environmental tests. This paper reviews the space-related ISO standards, and the background and the process of creating the ISO 21494: Space systems - Magnetic testing, focusing on the process and the experiences of incorporating the achievements of the space technology into the international standards in view of taking part in the development for drawing up other standards in future.
