油液污染度测试技术与发展

摘    要:阐述了油液污染度测试技术,介绍了油液污染度的分析方法,尤其指出了集颗粒,流量,流速、粘度,温度,激光及计算机技术于一身的自动颗粒计数器系统的应用,使得油液污染度测试技术获得了质的飞跃。新国际标准ISO11171的颁布实施,对于油液污染度测试校准技术的规范化有着深远的意义。

Abstract:Hydraulic oil contamination testing technology and several analysis methods are expounded and introduced in this paper.It is especially emphasized that the applying of automatic particle counter system, which is integrated with technologies of particle, flow, flow velocity, viscosity, temperature, laser and computer, boosts an essential improvement for the testing technology. With the new international standard ISO11171 bringing into effect, it has more significance of the standardization of hydraulic oil contamination testing and calibrating technology.
