基于状态空间的流固耦合传热的分析

摘    要:研究了半无限大管道中定常热物性牛顿流体的处于热充分发展状态的一维的流固耦合瞬时强制对流换热,基于状态空间描述法,发展了上述场合的较简单的封闭解法,得到了三维条件下以下两种情况的分析解:(1)恒稳态;(2)瞬态早期阶段。并对n个流体、m个固体串联的管道中一维的耦合热交换问题给出了一般解法,借助于MATLAB强大的矩阵处理功能,本解法更为快速有效。最后,通过实验测试验证了分析解的结果。

Abstract:The forced convection heat transfer is studied in one de mensional transient fluid-solid coupling by thermally developed s teady state flow of a Newto nian fluid of constant thermophysics parameters in semi-finite pipes . Based on the state space method, a new method is developed and the three- dimensional analytical solution is obtained for two cases: (1) steady state; (2 ) early stage of time. Meanwhile, when n fluids and m solids are cascade d, the result is deduced. With the help of MATLAB, the method is rapid and powerful. Finally, the result of analytical solution is validated by the experiment.
