摘    要:为了提高5DOF运动仿真试验器的综合精度和运行能力,分析了其结构和控制分项误差对姿态定向精度的综合影响,建立了误差数学模型并给出指向对准精度的设计计算方法及误差影响程度的计算结果;在指向对准关系分析的基础上,利用对准角计算给出了一种可实时判别和防护5DOF运动仿真试验器运动干涉的设计约束条件。

Abstract:In order to improve the overall accuracy and operational capability of such equipment,the impaction on the accuracy of attitude orientation from structure and control errors is explored,the error mathematical model is established and a design calculation method along with the influence results of the orientation accuracy is given.Based on the relationship of pointing alignment,the design constrains for detecting and protecting of the motion interference are brought forward.
